Job Overview

Direct Support Professional III - DSP III Home & Community Based Services (Awake Night)

Full-Time Positions Available:

• Work-Life Balance: Enjoy an average of 203 days off per year with a 3-day work week or 152 days off per year with a 4-day work week.
• Premium Pay: Earn 1.5 times the base wage for weekend hours.
• Wage Range: $19.15-$20.40 per hour.
• Average Wage: $22.32 - $23.80 per hour (blended between regular and premium pay rates).

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal cares and bedtime routines.
• Light housekeeping around the house
• Bed checks throughout the night
• Assisting clients with morning routines including mealtime.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and must qualify as an approved driver.
• Use of personal vehicle required (mileage reimbursement provided).
• Minimum insurance requirements: $25,000.00 bodily injury liability.
• Must be able to stay awake for the entire shift.
