Our Higher Ed team at McGraw Hill is looking for a Customer Enablement Associate to join its team!
How can you make an impact?
The Customer Enablement Associate will assist in all aspects of servicing and supporting sales territories, when a Sales Representative or Customer Success Representative is not in place. As a key support for sales representatives, you will play a vital role in driving our sales efforts to success. Success in this role is collaborating seamlessly with colleagues and ensuring clear, effective communication to keep everyone on the same page. Your organizational skills will be crucial in managing priorities, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating resources efficiently. By supporting the sales team with timely information and proactive assistance, you will help to create a productive and cohesive working environment, ultimately contributing to the achievement of our sales goals and overall business objectives.
This is a remote position open to applicants within the United States.
What you will do:
- Service and support sales territories with digital account creation and sample copies
- Access Instructor resources, packages and pricing
- Create book builds, booklists, inclusive access support, track shipments, check stock levels and SFDC maintenance
- Resolve bookstore and Instructor problems
- Facilitate resolution of technical problems through CXG
- Resolve student access code problems
- Offer Instructors product recommendations, to support their course needs
- Collaborate with District Managers and Specialists on coverage of sales territory
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-centric focus and natural bias for teamwork
- Ability to think independently and work with speed and accuracy to deliver results
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and superior communication skills
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, other technology, and the web
- CRM experience
- The ability to learn, understand and execute with autonomy

The pay range for this position is between $32,000 and $40,000 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
