Staff Accountant

Potosi Beverage Company is looking for a detail oriented, high energy person to join our accounting
team. This opportunity requires an individual with experience in payables, receivables, and invoicing.

The primary duties will include:

• Monitor cash flows and projections
• Accounts payable and check processing
• Daily cash collections and accounts receivable
• Daily and monthly Journal Entries
• Inventory valuation
• Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and annual budgets
• Perform month end closing activities, including but not limited to, bank and other account reconciliations, sales tax returns, inventory adjustments, and
• Additional tasks and/or reconciliations, as required

  Proficient in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and familiar with inventory management software. Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred but not required with relevant experience. Strong attention
  to detail, accuracy and interpersonal skills.
