Bookkeeper

Location: Dubuque, IA

Position Type: Full-Time (Open to part-time for the right candidate)

Compensation: $18-$20 per hour

Description: We are looking for a Bookkeeper with experience in QuickBooks to handle various accounting tasks. This role involves payroll, AR/AP, ledgering, tracking receipts, monthly reports, and some phone work. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage payroll and log receipts
• Handle accounts receivable and payable
• Maintain ledgers and track receipts
• Generate monthly reports
• Perform basic accounting tasks and phone work

Requirements:

• Experience with QuickBooks
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently

Hours:

• 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
