Seasonal Tax Assembler

Job Overview

Honkamp, P.C., a top 10 Midwest CPA and business advisory group (Accounting Today, 2023), is seeking a seasonal tax assembler to provide clerical support to the tax team. This is a February-April 15 position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assembling completed tax returns
• Scanning source documents and tax workpapers
• Using firm software programs to move tax job through firm processes
• Assisting with miscellaneous administrative tasks, as assigned

The Ideal Candidate:

The tax assembler will have a keen attention to detail and the desire to provide exceptional internal support.

Requires:

• Effective communication skills
• Prior clerical experience
• Keen sense of accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
