Seasonal Tax Assembler - Access Dubuque Jobs

Job Overview

Honkamp, P.C., a top 10 Midwest CPA and business advisory group (Accounting Today, 2023), is seeking a seasonal tax assembler to provide clerical support to the tax team. This is a February-April 15 position.

Key Responsibilities:

Assembling completed tax returns
Scanning source documents and tax workpapers
Using firm software programs to move tax job through firm processes
Assisting with miscellaneous administrative tasks, as assigned

The Ideal Candidate:

The tax assembler will have a keen attention to detail and the desire to provide exceptional internal support.

Requires:

Effective communication skills
Prior clerical experience
Keen sense of accuracy and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
