Description
BASIC FUNCTION
The Digital Specialist will oversee digital content and execution to promote Q Casino + Resort and its amenities, and other brands under the DRA umbrella through various digital channels. This role will manage numerous social media accounts, websites, apps, podcasts, and intranet. The Digital Specialist will implement online tools that promote our properties and boost customer engagement. They also build digital campaigns, optimize online platforms, and establish measurable metrics to maximize effectiveness. Immerse in a fast-paced but collaborative environment.

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
            Reports to: CCO (Chief Commercial Officer)

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESÂ Â
- Tell our brand story to internal and external audiences in ways that engage and have impact
- Strategic thinking about how to best tell the story that will connect with the audience and inform, inspire, and elicit desired action
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals to grow following and engagement
- Own social media calendar clearly aligning cadence, messaging, and audience
- Coordinate digital media placements such as SEO, boosts, display, video, etc.
- Understand social media analytics and the ability to interpret data for optimal performance
- Maintain company websites and apps content
- Collaborate with internal and external partners on any digital platform development
- Oversee CRM in producing and executing effective email marketing campaigns
- Support Marketing and other internal teams by providing digital solutions such as development of digital media campaigns that support entertainment, promotional offers, events, outlets, etc.
- Utilize workflow management system and manage digital asset library
- Incorporate best practices and learning's across platforms, and keep up with digital media trends
- Establish KPIs and produce reports outs to leadership
- Collaborate with Creative Services and other team members on marketing needs for a holistic and consistent approach
- Ensure the brand, vision and guidelines are adhered to, creating a cohesive and consistent brand in all marketing materials
- Compliance with all federal, state and local regulations, Internal Controls and company and departmental policies and procedures. Additionally, contribute to the establishment of said policies as needed.Â

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
- Proficient in using various social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
- Strong understanding analytics and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
- Knowledge of SEO principles and experience with optimizing content for search engines
- BA or AA in Marketing, Communications or related field, OR 2+ yearsâ experience within digital ecosystem
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem solving and multi-tasking abilities
- Knowledge of computer programs, including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Skilled in content creation tools a plus but not required

STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE
- Advanced experience managing social media accounts for businesses or brands
- Proven track record of growing social media followings and increasing engagement metrics
- Ability to handle multiple priorities, meet tight timelines/deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and outstanding execution of projects
- Excellent copy writing skills and editing in brand voice
- Strong organizational skills, and highly detail oriented with a dedication to producing quality results
- Able and willing to work non-traditional schedules occasionally, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Portfolio showcasing examples of your work such as social media posts a plus
