We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated_ Community Relations Coordinator_ to join our team. As a Community Relations Coordinator, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing outreach programs that align with our dealership's community engagement mission. In addition, your creativity, organizational skills, and passion for making a positive impact will be essential in coordinating with schools, planning and executing events, and leading fundraising initiatives for our Foundation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Program Development: Design and develop creative outreach programs that benefit the local community and align with our organization’s values and objectives.
- Foundation Programs Coordination: Build and maintain relationships with local schools to create and promote educational and community programs, including fundraising, student engagement activities, and events.
- Event Planning: Organize and manage various events such as fundraisers, community service projects, and organization-sponsored activities. Ensure events run smoothly and achieve their intended goals.
- Fundraising: Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies and campaigns to support foundation initiatives and projects.
- Community Relations: Act as a liaison between the organization and community organizations to foster partnerships and collaborative opportunities. Represent the dealership in a professional manner that projects the desired image at events with a high level of customer service. Interact with the general public, customers and employees during events.
- Marketing & Promotion: Create promotional materials and leverage social media to raise awareness about community programs and events.
- Reporting & Analysis: Track and report on the success of outreach programs and events, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Writing: Create press releases and write grants for the foundation that align with our mission.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in community outreach, event planning, or a similar role.
- Strong creative and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for building relationships and collaborating with diverse groups.
- Must be a problem solver with the ability to prioritize.
- Must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work nights and weekends occasionally for events.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms; experience with fundraising software is a plus.
- Passion for community service and a genuine interest in making a positive impact.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
