Job Overview
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented System Administrator to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our web-based systems. As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for Riskonnect System Administration – IRM/Digital, including user/client/security configuration, troubleshooting, end-user support, and report design. You will also present demos and webinars to large groups, both in person and via web. Additionally, you will support standard report request fulfillment and data configuration.

Qualifications:
- Experience with web-based system administration.
- Strong troubleshooting and end-user support skills.
- Comfortable presenting to large groups.
- Knowledge of risk management/insurance claims helpful.
- Familiarity with SQL is a plus.
