Ability to develop sales & services for crop insurance policies providing
maximum protability & minimum risk to the farmer & the bank in a team
environment. A four year business degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.

options for multi-peril crop insurance, private products, DRP, LGM, & LRP
Monitor the collection of renewal forms, acreage reports & production reporting forms.
Excellent attention to detail & follow through
Ability to prioritize & multi-task
