How can you make an impact?

We are seeking a dynamic Product Operations Specialist with a strong blend of technical product management and project management skills to drive the development and delivery of our customized K-12 educational technology math, science, and social studies solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker who can distill complex processes into clear, actionable plans while effectively communicating with diverse stakeholders.

 

This is a remote position open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States.

What you will be doing:

  • Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (platform, design, marketing, and sales) to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Project Management: Manage the product development initiatives from concept to launch, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Simplification of Processes: Analyze complex workflows and processes, simplifying them to improve operational efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, effectively communicating product updates, timelines, and expectations.
  • Metrics and Evaluation: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.

 

We are looking for someone with…

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Business, Computer Science).
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, project management, or a related role, preferably within the education technology sector.
  • Strong technical understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
  • Proven ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate them effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.

The pay range for this position is between $62,000-$90,000 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
