Parco Ltd/ROC Taproom is seeking an
Information Technology Professional to
join our staff in Dubuque, Iowa. This is a
full-time position. Responsible for support of
Computers, Printers, Registers, Servers, Order
Confirmation Displays, TV', Camera Systems
and software applications.
Parco Ltd/ROC Taproom has 29 locations in
Iowa, Illinois, Indiana and Minnesota.
ΓÇó Troubleshoot problems and advise
appropriate actions
ΓÇó Provide assistance to all locations via phone,
remote access, email, travel
ΓÇó Working with Help Desks, ISP' and Firewall
to resolve issues.
ΓÇó Hardware and Software issues
ΓÇó Setting and Install of new equipment and
allowing smooth transitions
