We are seeking someone who wants to make that difference in our InFocus Pharmacy as the Director and Pharmacist in Charge.

What will you do? You will oversee and manage all InFocus Pharmacy personnel, operations, compliance, and customer relations in accordance with Crescent Community Health Center guidelines. You will be the Pharmacist-in-Charge of the InFocus Pharmacy, and you will lead the development and growth of pharmacy services including vaccinations, medication therapy management, compliance packaging, and statewide protocols.

You will have administrative duties that come with managing the pharmacy, including staffing, policy development, cost control and compliance. You'll need to ensure the pharmacy provides great customer service and provide direct care for our patient population.

Successful applicants will be licensed as a pharmacist in Iowa, possess at least a bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy, have at least three years' experience as a Pharmacist in Charge. You'll also need three or more years of recent contracting, quality assurance, and management experience in a health care environment, immunization certification and basic life support certification.

This is a full-time, 40 hour per week role.
