Shipping / Fulfillment Specialist

Job Overview

• Operate a forklift to move and organize products within the warehouse.
• Create accurate pack lists for outgoing shipments.
• Properly wrap and label shipments for domestic and international delivery.
• Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation.
• Work closely with production, inventory, and other departments to ensure all orders are processed and shipped efficiently. 
• Coordinate Less Than Truckload (LTL) and UPS shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

• Previous experience in a shipping or warehouse role preferred.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Basic computer skills for creating pack lists and shipping documentation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
