How can you make an impact?

We are seeking a skilled SEO & Digital Content Manager to join our Web Center of Excellence (COE) team. As SEO & Digital Content Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing a unified web content strategy that aligns with SEO best practices. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders, subject matter experts (SMEs), and content creators across the organization to ensure that our digital content aligns with business objectives, meets needs of our customers & improves SERP rankings.

This is a remote position open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States.

What you will be doing:

  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for search, monitor SEO rankings, and recommend tactics to optimize further
  • Identify SEO KPIs for ongoing analysis and reporting
  • Perform routine monitoring and measurement of KPIs through web analytics dashboards and reporting tools
  • Make SEO optimization recommendations based on findings and implement accordingly
  • Monitor competitive search landscape and keyword trends
  • Stay informed of SEO algorithm updates and flag any impacts to current search marketing efforts
  • Keep abreast of best practices and digital marketing trends
  • Serve as SME in educating business partners on SEO best practices and results
  • Develop and optimize content marketing strategies to improve relevancy and foster higher content engagement
  • Partner with business units to design and implement a cohesive content strategy that will improve SERP ranking and content engagement metrics
  • Conduct content organizational analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
  • Implement best practices for content life-cycle management and reuse to optimize content and maximize impact
  • Use data-driven insights to refine content strategies and enhance customer engagement
  • Content Audits and Evaluation:
  • Perform regular content audits to assess quality, relevance, and SEO performance, providing actionable recommendations for improvement
  • Ensure content is up-to-date and meets current industry standards and best practices
  • Ensure all digital content complies with accessibility standards and guidelines (WCAG), enhancing usability for all users

  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in content life-cycle management and content reuse strategies
  • Strong understanding of customer needs analysis and audience segmentation
  • Able to communicate technical concepts to a broader audience
  • High level of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
  • Experience with the following technologies is required:
  • Proficiency in using SEO & keyword research tools such as Google Keyword planner, Google Search Console, SEMRush, Moz, Screaming Frog or similar tools
  • Solid technical acumen and knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administration
  • High-level proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Teams
  • Preferred Experience:
  • Web CMS systems like Adobe Experience Manager
  • Analytics tools like Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics
  • Task management tools like Asana and Jira

The pay range for this position is between $71,300-$90,000 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. An annual bonus plan may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.  Click here to learn more about our benefit offerings.
