Summary

Join our zipline tour guide team and a fun, fast-paced environment at historic Union Park Camp on the west end of Dubuque! Help us to provide a safe, informative and unforgettable zipline tour experience for all guests!

Responsibilities

This position is responsible for ensuring the safety and exceptional experience for all zipline guests.

• Setting stop ropes
• Tying required knots
• Assisting guests in proper harness and helmet fitting
• Demonstrating proper zipping techniques
• Operating the zipline activity
• Breaking guest’s speed upon incoming approach
• Performing retrievals and rescues
• Inspecting equipment
• Educating guests about Union Park history
