Job Overview

The Training Administrator will be responsible for communicating and engaging staff in training to ensure employees are provided with necessary training opportunities to remain successful in their roles. You are also responsible for supporting the training team with scheduling, preparing and providing follow-up.  In this position, you will combine your excellent technical skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize needs, ability to multi-task and work under pressure.  You must have a passion for Dupaco and provide exceptional service to our employees by demonstrating teamwork and promoting a professional image of the credit union.

You Will:

  • Create a motivating and engaging virtual environment for learners in the virtual classroom by moderating/helping presenters/SMES with platform features like breakout rooms, polls, and other engagement tools   
  • Have knowledge of The Studio and how to operate efficiently to increase engagement during training sessions 
  • Manage and administer In the Know training sessions, including holding virtual run through sessions, analyzing the data associated with applicable sessions, and communicating to staff about upcoming sessions. 
  • LMS Administrator – course creator/editor, maintaining course library, maintaining training records, generating reports, system maintenance and creating efficiencies. 
  • Manage Evolve relationship and promote training resources to drive employees professional development 
  •  Schedule and manage training sessions, including professional development opportunities and leadership training, providing Team Dupaco opportunities to learn.
  •  Manage and administer Know.Show.Grow exam
  • Manage 260E grant tracking 
  • Connect Conference - Assist with planning, coordinating and executing biannual conference for all employees
  • Assist with Training data including training hours, training room usage, and production reports. Administer training survey results  
  • Exhibits a thorough knowledge of credit union policy, products, and services   
  • Exhibit a thorough knowledge of technology platforms including, but not limited to: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar, Adobe Premier Pro  
  • Research, fix and troubleshoot any technology difficulties during virtual sessions or in preparation for sessions  
  • Responsible for maintaining job knowledge by attending monthly trainer meetings.   
  • Participate in Professional Development to support professional growth
  • Demonstrate excellent internal service focusing on teamwork and professionalism in all interactions with coworkers. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

You’ll Need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Associates degree in related field or equivalent work experience preferred. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office, Zoom, GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar, Adobe Premier Pro, LMS, Wrike, Excel & Planner
