Express Employment has partnered with a local company to search for Welders to join their team in Dyersville.

Hours:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• Mandatory overtime until 3:30 PM due to high demand

Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and weld products according to company specifications.
• Assemble various products as per job instructions and supervisor directions.
• Perform necessary checks and quality assurance of products.
• Operate hand and machine tools and welding equipment.
• Join structures and assemble parts through welding, bolting, or riveting.
• Maintain equipment in a safe, clean, and good working order.
• Communicate with the supervisor regarding any parts/fabrication discrepancies.
• Clock each job in and out using the ERP computer system.
• Keep the workshop area clean and tidy, ensuring a safe working condition.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, company policies, and legislation.
• Care for and use all workshop tools and equipment, returning them to their correct place after use.
• Assist in stock takes as directed and required.
• Perform other duties as requested.

Skills and Knowledge:

• Proven working experience as a Fabricator.
• Fabrication/Welding certification.
• Ability to read drawings, job specifications, and instructions.
• Good time management skills.
