Job Overview
Shift: 1st Shift (Full-time or Part-time)
Wage: Up to $30/hour
Location: Dubuque, IA
-
Inspect, test, maintain, and repair all plant machinery and equipment, including HVAC systems, plumbing, pumps, valves, motors, and production facilities.
- Assist in the construction and repair of production facilities, including walls, floors, cabinets, and other structural elements.
- Ensure maintenance areas are clean, and accurately record and log repairs and inspections.
- Operate forklifts and non-motorized pallet jacks as necessary.
- Drive company vehicles when required.
- Support snow and ice removal from company sidewalks and driveways.
- 3-5 years of experience in industrial electrical, welding, or plumbing required.
- Proficient in working with 110V-480V (3-phase) electrical systems.
- Skilled in operating industrial tools and equipment, including hand wrenches, welders, power tools, and cutting torches.
- Familiar with equipment components such as bearings, shafts, bolts, nuts, wrenches, and belt sizes.
- Valid driver’s license required, with the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- High School Diploma or GED required; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
