Seasonal Lawn Care Position – YMCA Union Park
Location: YMCA’s Union Park, 11764 John F Kennedy Road, Dubuque, IA 52001
Schedule: Flexible hours | Seasonal (May–August)

The Dubuque YMCA is seeking a reliable and motivated individual to handle lawn mowing and basic grounds maintenance at our YMCA Camp location at Union Park. Our camp hosts a variety of outdoor adventures for youth and families, and we take pride in maintaining safe, welcoming, and beautiful grounds for everyone to enjoy.

Responsibilities:

• Mow and trim grass in designated areas of camp property
• Maintain clean, safe, and visually appealing outdoor spaces
• Report any maintenance issues or hazards

Qualifications:

• Prior experience with lawn mowing equipment preferred
• Able to work independently and efficiently
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

Details:

• Flexible part-time schedule (approx. 5–10 hours per week depending on need)
• Equipment provided
