Express Employment has partnered with a local Dubuque company to seek a Woodworker. This unique opportunity is perfect for a person who loves woodworking. It is seldom you will be making the same piece twice.

Description: 

• Design, produce, and test wood products.
• Set up, operate, and tend shapers, moulders, tenoners, drill presses, lathes, shapers, routers, sanders, planers, and wood-nailing machines.
• Cut, shape, and smooth wooden parts.
• Verify dimensions using caliper or rule.
• Add fasteners and adhesives and connect the pieces to form a complete unit.
• Operate specialized pieces of woodworking machinery.
• This person should understand mortise and tenon joinery.
• Room to grow
• Full time, clean environment, great hours

Wage: Starting at $17.50/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday 1st shift

Position Type: Evaluation Hire
