Driver Recruiter

The Driver Recruiter will identify and recruit qualified candidates for Class A CDL driving positions within the company. The position is required to maintain positive communication with the candidates and use strategies to attract skilled drivers for the organization.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Promptly follow up with calls from potential recruiting leads
Monitor the CRM (customer relationship management) inbox for potential driver leads
Regularly communicate with incoming leads throughout the hiring process via, phone, text, or email
Conduct cold calls as needed based on leads through the CRM system
Professionally represent the company at meetings, conferences, and events
Review recruit backgrounds and advise the candidate of approval or disqualifications
Maintain relationship with recruits after onboarding and do check-in calls
Report and communicate recruit and driver lead updates daily to supervisor
Ensure safety and compliance throughout the full onboarding process
Communicate effectively amongst other departments
