Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Welder/Fabricator for a locally owned company in Holy Cross, IA. This isn’t your typical “sit-at-the-welding-table-all-day” job — every day brings something new! You’ll use your hands-on skills to weld, fabricate, and help finish commercial doors and frames that will eventually be installed in buildings across the region.

What You’ll Do:

• MIG weld and finish metal components for commercial doors and frames
• Modify both wood and metal doors and prep/fabricate custom pieces
• Load and deliver doors, frames, and hardware to customers within a 100-mile radius
• Assist in the shop with inventory, order preparation, and general maintenance
• Eventually help prepare delivery tickets and organize shop materials

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid driver’s license (CDL not required)
• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs.
• General shop tool knowledge (grinders, jigsaws, sanders, power saws, etc.)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, safety-minded, and willing to take on a variety of tasks

Schedule & Pay:

• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Pay is based on experience — typically $20–$30/hour
