Our Lady of Guadalupe Spanish Immersion School is seeking a Spanish-speaking Classroom Associate to join our dedicated and faith-centered community. This part-time, 9-month position will begin in the 2025-2026 school year.

In this vital role, you will support classroom teachers in fostering student learning and growth. You will work directly with students in small groups and one-on-one settings, reinforcing and re-teaching lessons under the teacher's guidance. Additional responsibilities such as morning and lunchroom supervision, along with bus duty will be required. Some duties may extend beyond the typical school day.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Spanish (required)
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on confidentiality
• A collaborative and flexible mindset

We offer a starting wage of $16.00 per hour, plus the following additional benefits:
