POSITION: Store Manager (Full Store Operations Manager)
We are looking for a hands-on, experienced retail leader to run the entire daily operation of our 20,000 sq ft discount retail warehouse.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can lead multiple departments, and wants to make a big impact immediately.
You will oversee sales, warehouse, pricing, merchandising, scheduling, customer service, and store standards. This is a high-responsibility role with full authority to manage the store.
Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management

Lead and manage all store employees across sales, warehouse, receiving, pricing, and merchandising

Run daily morning huddles and set clear expectations

Coach, train, and motivate a high-energy team
-
Hold staff accountable for performance and attendance
Sales & Customer Service
-
Manage all sales floor operations
-
Coach sales team to higher closing percentages

Ensure customers are greeted, helped, and followed up with

Handle escalated customer issues professionally

Review discounts, overrides, and returns
Operations & Inventory Flow
-
Oversee receiving, pricing, and merchandising departments
-
Make sure all incoming items are priced within 24 hours
-
Ensure all priced items are stocked on the floor within 24 hours

Maintain clean, organized aisles, shelves, and displays
-
Ensure manifests and incoming inventory are planned properly
Store Standards
-
Maintain a safe, clean, fully stocked store at all times
-
Conduct daily walkthroughs of sales floor and warehouse
-
Ensure signage, displays, and departments are organized
Scheduling & Staffing

Create and manage weekly staff schedule
-
Approve PTO, monitor attendance, and handle corrective action
-
Ensure weekends and busy days are properly staffed
Reporting & KPIs

Report daily sales, labor, and inventory movement
-
Track and hit weekly/monthly sales goals
-
Monitor departmental performance and fix bottlenecks
Requirements
-
3+ years of retail store management or operations leadership
-
Experience supervising teams of 10+ employees
-
Strong customer service and communication skills
-
Ability to manage both sales and warehouse-style operations
-
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Schedule
