Processing Lead (Distribution Center)- 2nd shift

Job Overview

• Lead and support the processing team during daily operations
• Ensure accurate receiving, ticketing, labeling, and preparation of merchandise
• Monitor workflow to meet productivity and turnaround goals
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the processing area
• Assist with scheduling priorities and task assignments
• Train and mentor new and existing team members
• Troubleshoot processing issues and escalate concerns when needed
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and procedures
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments
• Model professionalism, reliability, and strong work ethic

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous processing, warehouse, or retail operations experience required
• Prior leadership or lead experience strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer or inventory system knowledge
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
