Warehouse Maintenance Technician

Location: Dubuque Area
Pay: $20–$26/hour (based on experience)
Schedule:

• Monday–Thursday: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Friday: 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM
• Occasional overtime as needed

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Warehouse Maintenance Technician for a local operation. This role requires a well-rounded, hands-on maintenance professional with experience supporting warehouse or facility operations. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform facility and warehouse maintenance, including both small repairs and larger projects
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment such as conveyor systems, snow blowers, and related machinery
• Coordinate with outside vendors for specialized or outsourced repairs
• Assist with preventative maintenance to keep operations running efficiently
• Occasionally travel to nearby locations to support maintenance needs
• Ensure work is completed safely and in compliance with company standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in facilities or warehouse maintenance required
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable coordinating repairs with outside vendors
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety focused
