Quality Manager

Job Overview

Specialized Recruiting Group is seeking an experienced Quality Manager for a growing manufacturing company in Dyersville, IA. This hands-on position is responsible for overseeing quality systems, implementing process improvements, and ensuring that all products meet customer and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and maintain the company’s quality management system and inspection processes

• Develop and enforce quality control standards, procedures, and policies

• Conduct product inspections and audits to ensure compliance with specifications

• Train and support production staff on quality procedures and best practices

• Analyze quality data and identify root causes of defects or inconsistencies

• Collaborate with engineering, production, and leadership to resolve quality issues

• Maintain calibration records, documentation, and quality certifications

• Communicate effectively with customers and vendors regarding quality matters

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment required

• Supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred

• Proficiency in inspection tools, measurement systems, and quality documentation

• Knowledge of ISO standards or similar quality management systems

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement

Schedule & Pay:

• Monday–Friday, day shift hours

• $24–$30/hour depending on experience
