What you will be doing:

What you can bring to this role:

  • 5+ experience supporting enterprise voice and/or audio video environments, with strong hands on expertise in Cisco and Microsoft voice platforms.
  • Proven experience designing and supporting audio video conferencing solutions, preferably with Cisco and or Logitech systems, and a solid understanding of VoIP and AV fundamentals.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills, with experience providing on site technical support and cable patching.
  • Working knowledge of network concepts related to voice and AV, including QoS, VLANs, PoE, and experience supporting enterprise or multi site environments.
  • Ability to travel locally as needed, work after hours for maintenance or deployments, lift up to 50 lbs, and operate lifts up to 50 feet above ground.
