Data Entry Clerk

Location: Monticello, WI

Wage: $16/hr

Summary: The data entry clerk is a full-time, direct hire position with benefits package offered upon hire. Hours are Monday - Thursday, 7am-5:30pm with potential weekly bonuses depending on performance.

Responsibilities:

Gather and organize all required details to complete order processing
Review daily documentation for accuracy and ensure all necessary information is recorded
File finalized paperwork after materials have been issued
Identify and resolve any discrepancies in documentation as they occur
Assist with inventory-related tasks and processes
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment

Qualifications:

Strong communication skills with a high level of attention to detail
Organized, self-driven, and able to work independently
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Comfortable performing basic mathematical calculations
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
