Job Overview
As a Digital Marketing Manager of eCommerce, you will manage the activities and operations of the company's ecommerce efforts. Ideally, you will have experience running B2B and/or B2C online ecommerce programs for technical product lines and leadership aptitudes to accelerate the success of the company.
Primary Duties:

Drive website engagement and customer experience by measuring and improving conversion of visitors to ecommerce sales and/or measurable leads to the sales force.

Work with analytics platforms and testing tools to continually optimize the customer experience to drive growth. Actively seek new ways of using existing technologies, improve business processes, and evaluate new technologies to drive growth.

Collaborate with internal and external advertising, creative, content, and technical partners to ensue a cohesive customer experience and optimal marketing program.
Key Metrics for Success:

eCommerce revenue and margin growth

Marketing and sales-qualified lead growth

Customer satisfaction (NPS or similar) continuous improvement with web experience
Qualifications:

Deeply familiar with Google Analytics, certified by Google and/or a recognized training program.

Excellent Microsoft Excel skills, with ability to run own analysis and manage data driven decision programs.

Experience with .net-based CMS/eCommerce platforms preferred. Examples include Episerver/Optimizely, Sitecore, Embarco, etc.

Demonstrable skills in working with a remote-based team, able to build relationships and manage projects with limited in-person opportunity.
Education / Experience:

3-5 years experience in digital marketing, specifically focused on driving ecommerce

Bachelor's degree (B. S.) from four-year college or university and 3-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
