Job Overview
A growing manufacturing company in Dyersville is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead its maintenance department. This individual will oversee facility upkeep, equipment reliability, and a small team of skilled technicians.
Responsibilities:

Lead and develop maintenance personnel

Schedule and prioritize maintenance and repair work

Oversee preventive maintenance programs and equipment upgrades

Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime

Maintain safety and compliance standards across the facility
Qualifications:

5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting

Previous supervisory or management experience preferred

Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting background

Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
