How can you make an impact?

The School Education Group, a division of McGraw-Hill Education and the leading provider of print and digital educational materials for Grades PreK-12, is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to process requests for the Sales Field.

This is a remote position open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States.

  • Convert leads from national and local marketing efforts into contacts within SFDC
  • Troubleshoot and resolve order issues (sales orders, samples, pilots, and free-with-order requests) as needed by Sales Representatives
  • Collaborate with Sales and CSOM leadership to drive process improvements while maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with Direct Sales teams
  • Communicate information clearly, quickly, and accurately—both verbally and in writing—tailored to sales teams and customers
  • Manage high-volume workflows by producing multiple applications and proposals simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, while adhering to policies and procedures

We are looking for someone with:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, with experience and understanding of the industry and how educational products are sold and delivered
  • Strong customer service orientation with a proven ability to meet service level expectations in fast-paced environments
  • High-speed, accurate data processing skills with strong attention to detail as well as exceptional analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable using SFDC or similar tracking tools
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships across all levels of an organization
  • Knowledge of internal systems such as Oracle, Product Data Hub, Enterprise Data Warehouse and Sales Force is preferred

Why work for us?

At McGraw-Hill, we leverage cutting-edge technology to create innovative learning solutions that support learners at all stages of their educational journey.
