At McGraw Hill we create best-in-class, next-generation learning platforms that are used by millions of students and educators worldwide from kindergarten through graduate school. Our goal is to accelerate student success through intuitive and effective learning tools and content that maximize a teacher’s time and a student’s learning experience. We do all of this in a supportive, collaborative environment where you can grow your career in a way that fits into your life.

How can you make an impact?

McGraw Hill’s higher education division is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Marketing Manager to inform and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for SIMnet, a training and assessment platform for Microsoft 365 applications and computer concepts. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and manage integrated marketing campaigns, drive sales enablement strategies, gain market share, and elevate the voice of the customer to influence the developmental roadmap.

This is a remote position open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States.

What you will be doing:

  • Develop and execute the SIMnet marketing strategy aligned with company goals, customer needs, and market opportunities.
  • Design and execute multi-channel campaigns to drive lead generation, awareness, and retention; track performance metrics and optimize using data-driven insights.
  • Partner with sales, customer success, product, and marketing teams to align initiatives and lead successful launches of new features, tools, and platform updates.
  • Serve as a platform ambassador by maintaining brand integrity, ensuring consistent messaging, and strengthening market positioning with target audiences.
  • Develop training resources and provide sales support while guiding internal and external stakeholders through product updates, workflow changes, and platform transitions.
  • Act as the voice of the customer by leveraging feedback, analytics, and market research to influence product roadmap, improve adoption, and identify competitive trends.

We are looking for someone with:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years in B2B product/platform marketing with a focus on integrated campaigns, GTM strategy, and sales enablement; proven success launching new products or initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills with the ability to translate technical features into clear customer benefits and collaborate effectively cross-functionally.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, leverage analytics tools, and make data-driven decisions to measure campaign success and user engagement.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo) and project management tools (e.g., Asana).
  • Creative, curious, and results-driven with the ability to prioritize and execute initiatives that drive market share, customer retention, and revenue growth.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and travel up to 25% for customer events, trade shows, and internal meetings.
