Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team! As a Human Resources Specialist, you will be responsible for the execution of HR strategy, policies and objectives, coordination and the administration of day-to-day people operations and office management.

Your Responsibilities
- Develop and administer compensation and benefits systems that fit the company's HR responsibilities
- Support in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Provide support to employee in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation, etc.
- Resolve issues and problems Process
- Verify and maintain documentation relating to HR activities such as staffing, training, and performance evaluations
- Assist in development and implementation of human resources policies and procedures
- Identify ways to improve policies and procedures
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics Maintain employee files and records and paper form
- Ensure compliance with current laws and regulations
- Conduct periodic audits, prepare and present reports
- Managing all employee data in HRIS, updating records, and providing support for employee administration and processing issues

Education
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- AA or BA/BS in Human Resources or similar relevant field preferred
Licenses/Certification
- CP/PHR preferred
- Valid Drivers License required
Experience
- Two years experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or Recruitment preferred.

Knowledge/Skills
In-depth knowledge of general human resources policies and procedures, good knowledge of employment/labor laws, exceptional understanding of full hiring process, firsthand experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
