Overview
We are looking for a PRN to join our Occupational Health team. Work hours will vary per required need of the department. The Occupational Health department is open from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday. We are looking for someone that has availability to work within those hours. You will be required to work a minimum of (1) 8 hour shift per month, you can pick up more if wanted. You will receive a 10% PRN premium on all hours worked.
Finley's Occupational Health team is an extension of the employer's workforce. Duties include: work comp care, initial triage, injury and follow-up care; breath alcohol screening, drug screening, hearing screening, spirometry testing; respiratory fit testing, vaccinations, employer educational programs and various other occupational health clinic services.

Responsibilities
- Answer phone promptly, courteously and use proper etiquette.
- Schedule appointments for multiple therapists.
- Organize chart order during treatment series and upon discharge.
- Print therapists' schedules as requested.
- Pot schedule changes on a daily basis.
- Take meeting minutes as requested.
- Order department supplies.
- Complete maintenance requests.
- Maintain files.
Qualifications
Must have a High School Diploma/GED; post-high school education preferred. At least one year of prior clerical experience is required. Must have a valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance.
