Express Employment Professionals Dubuque has partnered with a local manufacturing company in Dubuque, IA, to actively recruit a 2nd shift Team Lead to join their team. No weekends required!
Responsibilities:
- Lead person duties including supervising associates, ensuring department is productive
- Train new employees
- Follow up on discrepancies
- Work closely with buyers
- Sort and organize freight
- Inform supervisor of any issues
- Receive freight, enter, log, and scan items
- Send out direct bill items
- Special orders
- Other duties as requested by management

- 6-12 months of experience in a similar role
- HS diploma or GED
