Description:
**$20,000 Sign-On Bonus
**Must have a minimum of one (1) year of direct experience for full bonus eligibility. Less than one year will be considered for a pro-rated bonus.
Position Hours: Full Time flexible 12hr shifts: 6:30am-7pm; 11am-11:30pm on call and weekends OR Full time evenings 11am-11:30pm
On average, the OR performs 7,000 cases annually. The OR includes, 9 operating rooms, 2 endoscopy suites, and 1 C-section suite. Our staff is teamwork driven, and we work closely with physicians in multidisciplinary areas. MercyOne operating room specializes in the following areas: DaVinci robotic program, Mako robotic assisted total joints, Cardiovascular team, CNOR certification (required when eligible for RNs), high-definition integrated rooms.

Must hold an active Registered Nurse license to practice in the state of Iowa

A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required within 4 years of hire (tuition assistance provided as an employment benefit)
