IT Project Manager
It is an exciting time at Cottingham & Butler, we are experiencing growth and would love for you to be a part of it! We are looking to add an IT Project Manager to the team!
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing key client (both internal and external clients) projects. This role will lead in the introduction, planning, and implementation of IT projects to include monitoring deliverables to ensure timely completion of the projects. This includes the coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget, and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of projects. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of projects.
Essential Functions:
1. Define project scope, requirements, and objectives while ensuring technical feasibility by involving all relevant stakeholders.
2. Work on facility-related items as necessary for corporate-owned and leased facilities.
3. Manage relationships with clients, vendors, and all stakeholders for the flawless execution of projects.
4. Report on and escalate projects to management as needed.
5. Document processes and create/present training for end-users.
