At Hillcrest Family Services, the compassion and extensive experience of our counseling team means we provide a broad range of mental health services and treat a wide array of conditions for individuals and families of all ages and backgrounds at our Mental Health Centers, including:

Your Responsibilities
As a Client Services Assistant, your primary responsibility includes performing clerical, receptionist, and client service duties for the Washington Mental Health Center. This includes:
- Greeting clients and visitors in a professional, confidential manner
- Answering the telephone using proper telephone etiquette
- Reviewing insurance coverage with client and obtaining any/all payments including copays, balances, and SFS% if applicable
- Scheduling appointments for clients and administrative staff as requested
What you need
- High school diploma, GED, or work certification
- Ability to perform clerical duties, including basic computer/keyboarding skills and multi-line telephone skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in relating to clients over the phone and in person
- Respect for confidentiality of clients
