Claims Account Manager (WC/AL) - Remote

Job Overview

Cottingham & Butler Claims Services (CBCS) is adding an Account Manager to the team! This is a fully remote position.

As an Account Manager, you will work closely with our clients to provide top-notch service to represent CBCS. As the primary point-of-contact, you will manage the account from the sales presentation through the life of the relationship, to include:

• Preparing for and attending sales presentations
• Implementing new accounts
• Managing program results
• Attending Claim Reviews
• Hosting stewardship meetings
• Preparing Contracts
• Managing renewals and handling account reconciliations
• Addressing client needs and resolving issues that arise

Ideal candidates for this position will have a strong claims background with at least 5 years of claims handling experience and 2 years of account management experience. To be successful in this role, you must be a strategic thinker, have excellent communication skills, be attentive to details, very organized, and excel at building client relationships. This position typically requires 20% travel.
