Job Overview

Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a local non-profit, Two by Two, to search for a Data Assistant to join their team. Your job will be to provide database and record keeping support, and perform various administrative and clerical duties.

Work Hours and Benefits:

• Part-time (15 – 20 Hours/week)
• $20 -25/Hours

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Compiles and gathers data for current and new customers.
• Prepares quotes and invoices.
• Provides database and record keeping support.
• Responsible for generating reports and documents (i.e. – create a quarterly sales report).
• Performs general office duties; answering phones, scheduling meetings or filing paperwork.
• Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads for the sales team.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and or related software, and use of a Customer Relationship Management System (CRM System)

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma
• College degree preferred
• 0-3 years’ experience in sales
• On-the-job training provided
