Job Title: Introductory Warehouse Associate
Location: Nordstrom Distribution Center, Dubuque, IA
Starting Pay: $21.60/hour + shift differential
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Sunday – Thursday, 9:00PM – 5:30AM

Our Mission
Our Supply Chain team ensures customers get their orders quickly, accurately, and with care. We process incoming shipments, handle returns, and keep everything moving behind the scenes.
We’re looking for dependable, hardworking people who enjoy being active, working in a team, and staying productive in a structured environment.
A Day in the Life:
- Receive, unload freight, unpack and deliver newly arrived merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds
- Complete receiving and/or shipping documentation, as required
- Rotate jobs in different areas
- Scan, process and research merchandise shipments in accordance with our inventory control processes
You Own This If You Have:
- The ability to repetitively bend, reach, stand, walk and lift 50lb boxes without difficulty
- The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- A commitment to teamwork through relationship building, reliability and collaboration
- The ability to drive productivity through the efficient use of time and a commitment to strong results
- Excellent attendance and punctuality

$21.60 – $23.35 Hourly
This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more.
