This career pathway certificate will prepare students for entry-level positions as cooks or servers in a variety of hospitality settings.
The Culinary Foundations Career Pathway Certificate provides an overview of the culinary industry for students with little or no culinary experience. This 81-hour program provides training in techniques and standards, food safety, cooking equipment, knife skills, measurements and general cooking and serving methods.
