J & R Supply, Inc provides top-quality products for underground water and sewer systems. Our local, family-owned company was founded in 1972 in Dubuque, IA by Joe Erschen, the current president. The company moved to its present location in East Dubuque, IL in 1978.

When you look at the key positions being held today, it’s obvious that we’re a company that focuses on family. Ed Erschen, Joe’s brother, is the Vice President of Sales; Rob Erschen, Joe’s son, is the Vice President of Operations; and Joe’s father, Bob, was part owner up until his retirement in 1989.
