Smart Retract is the inventor and manufacturer of an innovative line of retractable products including Retract-A-Gate, a retractable safety gate for kids and pets.

Simmons Pet Food is a trusted leader in private label and contract manufacturing of pet food. We source high-quality ingredients and use state-of-the-art manufacturing processes to produce premium and value-focused pet food. We supply top brands and retailers with products in a variety of formats, including dry kibble, jerky treats and wet in cans, pouches, and cups. These operations are in Northwest Arkansas, Iowa, Emporia, Kansas, and Ontario, Canada.

Sinsinawa Mound is renowned for homemade breads, a conference-retreat center, bookshop, art gallery and historical exhibits. Our 450 acre complex is nestled among lush woodlands, orchards, vineyards, fields and gardens in scenic Southwest Wisconsin (only 10 minutes outside of Dubuque, Iowa or Galena, Illinois). The Mound is home to the Sinsinawa Dominican sisters, who continue the mission of preaching and teaching for social justice across the United States and overseas.

The Sinsinawa Dominicans employ approximately 150 people in occupations ranging from accounting, clerical, food service, graphic design, housekeeping, human resources, maintenance, nursing, and public relations.

The Sisters of Charity, BVM at Mount Carmel is an active community of Catholic women religious who minister in 19 states and two foreign countries in works of charity, justice, education, and freedom.   These four values guide us in our mission to ensure employees are treated fairly, compensated justly and are provided opportunities for personal and professional growth.
