Since 1925, Modernfold has been an industry leader in the moveable wall concept. As projects expanded, our company grew and evolved. We adapted technology to transform the moveable wall industry.  In 2019 the Modernfold plant in Iowa underwent a massive expansion to meet growing demand. Mi-T-M Corporation

Mi-T-M Corporation was founded in 1971 by professional painting contractor AJ Spiegel. Our headquarters are located in Peosta, Iowa, where we’ve built a reputation for manufacturing high-quality products.

Our nearly 1 million-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility includes 23 production lines and 11 in-line quality testing stations, and we employ advanced technology such as laser cutters, ASME robotic welders, and a 7-stage powder-coating paint system.

MercyOne Dubuque/Dyersville Medical Center is a not-for-profit Catholic hospital serving the tri-state area of Iowa, Illinois and Wisconsin since 1879.  MercyOne – Dubuque has 263 beds while MercyOne – Dyersville is a critical access hospital with 25 beds and a 40-bed nursing home.
