The Dubuque Arboretum and Botanical Gardens (DABG) were established in 1980 and comprise 56 acres. Admission is free and the grounds are open year-round from 7 a.m. to dusk, welcoming around 83,000 visitors from all over the world each year. DABG was created and is maintained mainly by volunteers and staff members. We have around 300 volunteers who help in our gift shop, office, gardens, maintenance, planning, and operations. DABG is a popular spot in the community for outdoor weddings, concerts, and special events. DABG includes the following gardens: Herbs, Hostas, Roses, Annuals and Perennials, Cacti, Prairie, Wildflowers, Hydrangeas, Children’s Gardens, Garden of Eat’n, Japanese Garden and Koi Pond, Formal English Garden, Deciduous and Conifer Collections. There are also wooded hiking trails. The mission of the Dubuque Arboretum & Botanical Gardens is: To become a cherished destination for all, where vibrant gardens create transformative experiences that connect people, inspire learning, and deepen appreciation for nature.

The company opened with 1 CNC milling center, 2 CNC lathes, and 3 employees.  Decker currently runs 20 CNC lathes, and 15 CNC milling centers and employs 48 employees to cover around-the-clock operations. Decker’s facility is a 48,000 sq. feet, air-conditioned building that has on-site warehousing and a state-of-the-art Quality Department.

Digga offer a state of the art, new, modern, clean-air facility, with ongoing Training & development provided by the company.

Dairy Queen is locally owned and operates 4 restaurant locations in Dubuque & Peosta.  The growth of this company is directly attributed to its customers and to the dedicated people who bring their ideas and hard working attitudes to work every day.
