Reilly Construction has grown from a small company in 1947 to over 150 employees during peak construction season. In addition to the main office and maintenance facilities in Ossian, Reilly Construction maintains maintenance facilities in Des Moines.

The company has worked on projects all over Iowa and the surrounding states. Reilly has also worked in Nevada, Indiana, Pennsylvania, Oklahoma and Texas.
