Southwest Health is a non-profit healthcare system offering southwest Wisconsin a range of services within our various facilities. Our locations include a hospital and clinic in Platteville, Southwest Health Behavioral Services, a clinic, Eye Center, and rehab services facility in Cuba City, Darlington, and Kieler Wisconsin.

Southwest Health features four family medicine clinics, four Eye Center locations, Birth Center, a specialty services with cardiology, ENT, and Interventional Pain, a state-of-the-art Orthopedic Institute housing physical, occupational, and speech therapies, and 24-hour emergency services, to name just a few.
