We are seeking a career-minded working 1st Shift Supervisor to oversee the production of light gauge steel trusses in our Cascade, Iowa Plant. Responsible for coaching, motivating, and supporting the production team and maintaining open communication.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Leadership experience in a manufacturing and/or construction environment
• Self-starter requiring little to no direction
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Strong team building, decision-making, and people management skills.
• Ability to create accountability and lead by example
• High school diploma or equivalent education
